

Our Facility can accommodate up to 200 guests indoor for a private banquet style event. Cocktail style networking events, Christmas Parties, Crab feasts, and business meetings can also be customized to fit the needs of your group. Our location offers flexibility for repeat customers who want to create a different atmosphere or style for each event. We specialize in customizing each event, but to make it easier on those planning business functions, we have created a few packages.
Mini Conference Package
This all day function is perfect for those organizations that want to make the best use of their time. The banquet room will be set up to accommodate the presentation portions of the day as well as the refreshments. This 9 hour event includes coffee, tea, morning refreshments, break snack, lunch, and all necessary table linens & disposables.
Board Meeting Package
Seating for up to 20 guests in the Formal Dining Room in the Mansion. Room rental includes coffee & tea station, light refreshments, and disposables. Meeting time is limited to 3 hours.
Weeknight Specials
Select one of our approved caterers to prepare your evening affair, banquet, or awards ceremony. Your group and caterer will have use of the building for 5 hours, after 2pm. All inclusive rate will include linens, china, and glassware.
