Located between york and lancaster, the Stone Mill Inn is one of the most historical sites within the York County and Lancaster County area. Dating all the way back to 1736 the Historic Stone Mill Inn is truly breathtaking. The date itself puts the Stone Mill Inn as one of the oldest properties within the York County region. The estate was said to be one of the original properties of the founder William Penn, who then later sold it to the Schultz family, the builders of both the mill and the mansion itself.
For years the Mill operated as a fully functioning grain mill. As you take a look inside the Mill you will see many of the original parts of the mill, including the handcrafted solid wooden beams that add the perfect touch to any wedding and reception.
Recently the Stone Mill Inn was featured in “FOX 43 News” as one of the most historic places in york county to have a wedding. Noted by them as being, “A giant piece of history.”
